Directions

Before 23rd June: Terminal 4 - Post Code TW6 3YD. Height restriction for Terminal Parking is 2.1m.

  1. Follow signs for T4. Drive up the ramp and follow signs for Passenger Pick Up Terminal Parking.
  2. At the top of the ramp, you’ll see the barriers and signs for Terminal Parking Car Park 4. Do not go to Drop-Off (left lanes before car park entrance) or Heathrow Meet & Greet as there are additional fees which you will need to pay directly to Heathrow.
  3. Use any of the 2 barriers to your right, take the barrier ticket to hand to the driver and drive down the ramp to Level 2 following signs for Off-Airport Parking. Park in Rows E or F where a chauffeur will meet you.

After 23rd June: Terminal 2 - Post Code TW6 1EW. Height restriction for Terminal Parking is 2.1m.

Arrival instructions

For Customers Flying from T4, please read the below important information: 

Travelling before 23rd June: 

  1. Call ParkGiant when you are 1 hour away from Heathrow Airport.
  2. Drive to T4 Short Stay Car Park - Follow signs for T4 Short Stay, Level 2, Rows E or F . Your chauffeur will meet you there.
  3. Remove valuables, check return details, photograph your vehicle, and hand over keys + car park ticket. 

Travelling after 23rd June:

  1. Call ParkGiant when you are 1 hour away from Heathrow Airport.
  2. Drive to T2 Short Stay Car Park - Follow signs for T2 Short Stay, Level 4, Rows R & S. Your chauffeur will meet you there. Remove valuables, check return details, photograph your vehicle, and hand over keys + car park ticket. 
  3. After handover, follow signs for: Trains / Heathrow Express / Elizabeth Line / Terminal Transfer to Heathrow Central Station. 
  4. Walk 5-10 minutes Follow signs for Elizabeth Line / Heathrow Express to the station. 
  5. Follow signs for T4 and board the Elizabeth Line. At barriers: tap contactless/Oyster or collect a free inter terminal ticket. Journey 6 minutes.

Return instructions

Returning before 23rd June: 

  1. On your return, please call Park Giant twice on the numbers provided. Make the first call as soon as you land and the second call once you have collected your luggage.
  2. From the arrivals hall, you’ll see Costa Coffee directly ahead. Turn left and exit next to WH Smith.
  3. Cross the three lanes using the zebra crossing, then take the lifts on your left to Level 2.
  4. The Park Giant office will confirm your vehicle and driver location for collection.

Returning after 23rd June:

  1. Once you have landed at Terminal 4, call the parking operator to confirm your arrival. Follow the signs to Arrivals and Baggage Reclaim, then collect all of your luggage before making a second call to request vehicle dispatch.
  2. After collecting your luggage, follow the signs for Trains, Elizabeth Line, Heathrow Express, or Terminal Transfer and make your way to Terminal 4 Train Station.
  3. Follow the signs for Terminals 2 & 3 and board the Elizabeth Line. The journey to Heathrow Central Station takes approximately 6 minutes. You can use a contactless payment card, Oyster card, or collect a free inter-terminal transfer ticket.
  4. On arrival at Heathrow Central Station, follow the signs for Terminal 2, Arrivals, and the Short Stay Car Park.
  5. Walk to the Terminal 2 Short Stay Car Park, which is approximately 5 to 10 minutes away. Follow the signs for T2 Short Stay Car Park and proceed to Level 4, where your vehicle will be returned.

Please note that the operator covers a maximum of 15 minutes of parking, so it is important to call once when you land and again after you have collected all luggage.

Important information

Please ensure you read the vehicle restrictions and important information to help make your journey as smooth as possible.

  • If you have a last-minute date or time change from the day before your booking starts, contact Park Giant by telephone on 07857 366664 or 07594 517711 to advise of the change.

  • Customers are required to photograph their vehicle at the drop-off point to support any damage claim.

  • ULEZ charges apply - please note you will enter the ULEZ zone twice, once on your start date and again on your return date.

  • From 00:00 on 23 June 2026, all T4 Meet & Greet bookings operate from the T2 Short Stay Car Park. Customers transfer between terminals using Heathrow’s free inter‑terminal train.

    All T4 customers must call 24 hours before departure to confirm booking details. If travelling with extra passengers or luggage, email contact@parkgiant.co.uk at least 24 hours before departure.

    Allow an extra 30–60 minutes on top of airline check‑in guidance for parking, walking and the transfer.

Security

Your vehicle will be stored in a secure parking facility while you are away, providing peace of mind throughout your trip. The site operates as a secure 24-hour parking compound with CCTV monitoring and regular security patrols. In addition, all vehicles are handled by fully insured and professionally trained chauffeurs, ensuring your car remains safe and secure for the duration of your stay.

Vehicle restrictions

  • Airport Fee's: Included - Park Giant include this fee of £7.50 each way, for your convenience.

  • Overstay charges: £25 per day.

  • Overnight charge: £40 for the first hour, then £25 per additional hour.

  • Early returns will incur a £20 charge.

  • ULEZ charges apply.

  • Additional charges apply for Long Wheel Base vehicles and those over 2m in height – please email contact@parkgiant.co.uk to check availability and alternative arrangements.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Flexible booking option offers you the convenience and flexibility you need. Here’s how it works:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 24 hours before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on your adjustments.
